A ironmongers shop which has been taken on by our selfs. With plans to refurbish the building. Achiving 2 flats & 2 commercial units.

Brew Road - 2021 > 2024

Our First Project, Located in Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Previously the old con club which has been empty for 15+ years. Purchased in 2021, completed in 2024. With a successful planning of 10 dewlings for affordable housing.
